Food Journal Recipe and Whatever Entry 1
So I've decided that I would post the recipes that I would experiment every now and then. But because the industry demands it, I guess I have to start doing this everyday.
Sauteed Shrimp, Pernod Flavour with Spicy Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients:
Black Tiger Shrimp x3
Orange x1
Olive Oil - 5oz
Orange Juice (From the Orange) - 2oz
Lemon Juice or White Wine - 2oz
Cayenne Pepper - 1/2tsp
Sugar - 1/2tsp
Pernod - 2oz
Freshly Crushed Black Pepper - To Taste
Rosemary, Chopped - 1oz
Thyme, Chopped - 1oz
Chives - Garnish
Method:
